1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebCraft Studio's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

WebCraft Studio provides web design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Responsive web design
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Website maintenance and support
• E-commerce solutions
• Content management systems

3. Service Packages and Pricing

3.1 Available Packages

• Starter Package (€49): 1-3 pages, responsive design, basic SEO, contact form, 1 month support
• Professional Package (€97): Up to 7 pages, custom design, advanced SEO, contact & booking forms, social media integration, 3 months support
• Enterprise Package (€297): Unlimited pages, premium custom design, advanced SEO & analytics, e-commerce integration, CMS integration, priority support, 6 months support

3.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal
• Payment is required before project commencement
• Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change
• No refunds after project work has begun, except as outlined in Section 8

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

4.1 Timeline

• Starter Package: 5-7 business days
• Professional Package: 10-14 business days
• Enterprise Package: 21-30 business days

4.2 Delivery

Projects will be delivered via email with all necessary files and documentation. Client is responsible for hosting and domain setup unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to communication and feedback requests within 48 hours
• Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
• Review and approve designs and functionality before final delivery
• Make final payment before project delivery

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Content

Client retains all rights to content, images, and materials provided to WebCraft Studio.

6.2 Website Design and Code

Upon full payment, client receives full rights to the custom design and code created specifically for their project. WebCraft Studio retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-client-specific code in future projects.

6.3 Portfolio Rights

WebCraft Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Revisions and Changes

7.1 Included Revisions

• Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions
• Professional Package: 3 rounds of revisions
• Enterprise Package: Unlimited revisions during development phase

7.2 Additional Revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at €25 per hour.

7.3 Scope Changes

Significant changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline extensions.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Project has not commenced (full refund)
• WebCraft Studio fails to deliver within agreed timeline without valid reason (partial refund)
• Delivered work significantly deviates from agreed specifications (partial refund)

8.2 No Refund Conditions

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind after project commencement
• Delays caused by client's failure to provide materials or feedback
• Completed projects that meet agreed specifications

9. Support and Maintenance

9.1 Included Support

Support periods are included as specified in each package and cover:

• Bug fixes and technical issues
• Minor content updates
• Basic technical support

9.2 Extended Support

Extended support and maintenance packages are available for purchase after the included support period expires.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebCraft Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or security breaches not caused by our negligence
• Third-party service failures (hosting, domain, etc.)

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• WebCraft Studio delivers all completed work
• Both parties return confidential information

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all client information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

13. Force Majeure

WebCraft Studio is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
